Job summary

Entrada Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Clinical Pharmacology Consultant to join our clinical stage programs remotely in the United States.

The ideal candidate will bring extensive clinical pharmacology expertise and a strong background in study design within biotech/pharma, translating science into approved medicines. You will report to the Head of Clinical Pharmacology and collaborate with Clinical Development, Biostatistics, and Regulatory teams to deliver PK/PD analyses, regulatory

Qualifications

• MS 8+ years or Ph.D. and 3 + years in pharmaceutical sciences, pharmacology, pharmacometrics, pharmacokinetics, or related discipline.
• Publication record with a demonstrated technical exposure to early exploratory trials through Phase 2/3 programs preferred.
• Experience using Phoenix WinNonlin, R, NONMEM, MATLAB, or other pharmacokinetic and modeling software.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical pharmacology input to regulatory documents and participate in clinical study design and documentation.
• Independently lead and oversee analysis, interpretation, integration and reporting of PK/PD data.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development, Biostatistics, Non-Clinical Product Development, Clinical Operations, and Regulatory to deliver on objectives.
• Monitor work with CROs and external vendors to ensure compliance with protocols and timelines.
