Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree required.
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license required.
• 4+ years in managed care performing clinical review/utilization management.
• 1+ year of people or project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workflows for the pharmacist team and monitor queue performance to ensure accuracy and timely responses.
• Provide coaching, performance reviews, and cross-training to build clinical skills within the team.
• Review, troubleshoot, and resolve complex, high-priority prior authorization cases and appeals.
