AnewHealth is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist to join a remote care team. You will ensure clinical accuracy, verify prescriptions, and communicate with healthcare professionals, patients and technicians across locations.

Ideal candidates have PharmD or PharmD-equivalent degrees, an active license, and experience with pharmacist verification and MTM platforms. Strong collaboration and flexible scheduling are valued in this fully remote role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or Doctorate in Pharmacy (PharmD).
• Active license in state of residence.
• Experience with pharmacist verification work.
• Clinical judgement expertise.
• Experience with OutcomesMTM and Mirixa is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure clinical accuracy and execution of patient prescriptions.
• Verify hard copy and digital Rx's.
• Communicate with healthcare professionals, patients and technicians via phone and email.
• Supervise and execute incoming and outgoing prescription transfers.
• Ensure all legal, privacy and compliance requirements are met.
• Embodify core values in communications and interactions.
