Job summary

Nordic invites a Manager to join the Performance Improvement practice within its Strategic Advisory Services. You will lead analytics, gather requirements, map workflows, and design use cases for healthcare clients, delivering high-impact insights.

You will partner with PI team members, manage small projects, mentor staff, and present findings to client leadership. The role is remote with occasional travel and offers visibility across clinical, financial, and operational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Nursing and a master's preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in healthcare (nursing, leadership, informatics, or consulting).
• Operational knowledge in inpatient, outpatient, ambulatory, or related areas.
• Experience in process improvement, change management, or informatics.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PI team members to implement advisory solutions and demonstrate value.
• Manage time efficiently on multiple concurrent projects with competing priorities.
• Own project artifacts and drive development of key deliverables.
• Create analytical models using tools like PowerBI, SlicerDicer, CoPilot.
• Develop statistical reports, visualizations, and client-ready presentations.
• Lead client interviews and meetings; identify opportunities and recommendations.
• Mentor resources within projects and across the PI Practice.
• Establish competency across multiple PI solutions (Clinical, Quality, Change Management).
