Qualifications

• Board-certified in Clinical Pathology (ABPath) or current senior resident/fellow (PGY-2+).
• At least 2 years of postgraduate clinical training.
• Based in the United States.
• Able to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ensure alignment with CAP standards.
• High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert-level ground truth for intricate laboratory-medicine case presentations, laboratory data interpretation, and assay validation.
• Safety Oversight: Identify clinical inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could impact patient safety or triage decisions.
• Strategic Consulting: Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for laboratory-medicine care.
