You will serve as a subject matter expert to validate, refine, and audit the clinical reasoning of frontier AI models. Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ensure alignment with CAP standards.
• High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert-level ground truth for intricate pathological case presentations, histopathology slide interpretation, and laboratory data.
• Safety Oversight: Identify clinical inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could impact patient safety or triage decisions.
• Strategic Consulting: Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for pathological care.
  
  

Qualifications

• Credentials: Board-certified or board-eligible in Pathology (ABPath), or a current senior resident or fellow (PGY-2 or above) training in the field.
• Experience: 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training. Established attendings and senior trainees are equally welcome.
• Citizenship: Must be based in the United States.
