Job summary

Parexel seeks a Clinical Operations Manager Finance (COM-F) to oversee country-level study delivery under ICH-GCP, ensuring compliance, budgets, and timely submissions. You will coordinate with CRMs, CRAs, CTCs and finance teams to keep trials on track.

The role requires strong budgeting, contract negotiation, and vendor management, with leadership responsibilities and the ability to work remotely with global teams and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing country budgets and CTRAs.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulations.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with clinical operations, finance and regulatory teams.
• Strong budgeting and contract negotiation capabilities.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and country approvals.

Responsibilities

• Manages country deliverables, timelines, and results for assigned protocols.
• Oversees Clinical Trial Coordinators as applicable.
• Coordinates with CRMs, CRAs and CTCs, Finance and Legal for submissions, budgets, CTRAs and milestones.
• Collaborates with Headquarter to align country timelines for assigned protocols.
• Provides support and oversight to local vendors.
