Job summary

BetterHelp is seeking a Clinical Operations Manager to scale our therapy network and ensure high-quality care. This role combines clinical rigor with product, marketing, and operations to improve access to mental health services worldwide.

You’ll support therapists via email, escalate issues, audit data, monitor qualifications, and help shape our Clinical Product Liaison initiatives while staying compliant with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide email support to our therapist network daily to ensure high-quality clinical care.
• Escalate complex queries and coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Audit qualitative and quantitative data and give constructive feedback.
• Monitor therapists' qualifications and experience applying to the platform.
• Proactively engage therapists to improve satisfaction and reduce churn.
• Collaborate with Clinical Product Liaison to articulate and implement new ideas.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance.
• Support Marketing with public speaking and media appearances.
• Assist QA during insurance marketplace launches.
• Provide peer consultation to International Clinical Operations Consultants.
