Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a seasoned Clinical Operations Analytics Consultant to design, develop, and maintain BI reporting solutions that enable data-driven decisions across pharmacy and clinical operations.

You will collaborate with IT, Product Management, and customer stakeholders to automate reports, build dashboards, and support KPI development, driving improvements and efficiencies across enterprise reporting platforms.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, Pharmacy, or related field preferred.
• Pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, supply chain, or clinical operations environments preferred.
• Experience supporting technical projects and cross-functional initiatives preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Design and automate recurring business reports to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Develop and support Power BI, Tableau, and other BI platforms.
• Create executive-level and customer-facing performance reporting.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and improvements.
• Support predictive and advanced analytics capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and data management processes.
• Develop standardized reporting frameworks and KPI methodologies.
