Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Clinical Operations & Analytics Consultant to work on nationwide remote projects. You will design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau, collaborating with Clinical Operations, Product Management, and IT teams.

You will analyze operations data to identify trends, support automation, and help implement data interfaces across systems to improve decision making and performance.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience, preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Analytics, Computer Science, Pharmacy, or related field preferred
• Pharmacy experience preferred
• Experience working with healthcare, pharmacy, supply chain, or clinical operations environments preferred
• Experience supporting technical projects and cross-functional initiatives, preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
• Continuous improvement mindset
• PowerBI, Tableau, Google Big Query, SQL, SAP, data visualization and dashboard development, preferred
• Reporting automation, Data analysis and KPI development, preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance operational dashboards, scorecards, and performance metrics.
• Design and automate recurring business reports to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.
• Develop and support Power BI, Tableau, and other BI platforms.
• Create executive-level and customer-facing performance reporting.
• Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and process improvements.
• Support the development of predictive and advanced analytics capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting and data management processes.
• Develop standardized reporting frameworks and KPI methodologies.
• Optimize data collection, validation, and reporting workflows.
• Support continuous improvement efforts through automation and technology enablement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and technical solutions.
• Travel up to 10%
