Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides ambulatory hematology/oncology clinical pharmacy services.
• Educates medical, nursing and pharmacy staff on therapy management.
• Serves as a resource to Pharmacy Department and participates in committees.
• Contributes to student and resident education.
• Participates in education and research activities.
