Duke University Hospital in Durham, NC seeks a Clinical Pharmacist Practitioner for the Oncology Services Division. The role focuses on ambulatory hematology/oncology pharmacy care, with a mix of clinical and administrative duties and a strong emphasis on patient outcomes.

The position involves educating staff, supporting departmental initiatives, and contributing to teaching and research efforts. Oncology experience and eligibility for NC licensure are required or preferred.

Formación

• Licensed Pharmacist in North Carolina or eligible to practice in NC.
• PharmD degree required; BS with residency acceptable.
• Oncology clinical practice experience and/or PGY2 oncology residency preferred.
• BCOP board certification preferred; CPP within one year of hire preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide in-depth clinical pharmacy services to ambulatory hematology/oncology patients.
• Educate medical, nursing, and pharmacy staff on management, prescribing and monitoring of therapies.
• Serve as a resource to the Pharmacy Department and participate in committees and education.
