ICU Medical Inc is seeking a Customer Success Nurse Consultant to drive post-implementation success for infusion devices through clinical expertise and data-driven consulting. You will partner with healthcare organizations to optimize medication safety, drug library compliance, and smart pump utilization while supporting value realization.

Competenze

• Bachelor-level clinical degree required (RN/PharmD/informatics) and active license.
• Minimum 5 years acute care clinical experience, infusion therapy preferred.
• Experience in clinical consulting or informatics is a plus.

Mansioni

• Serve as the primary clinical resource for accounts transitioning from implementation to ongoing support.
• Analyze infusion pump data, smart pump utilization, and drug library compliance.
• Translate analytics into actionable clinical recommendations for safety and workflow improvements.
• Lead executive-level reporting and present insights to C-suite and nursing leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, and Implementation teams.
