ICU Medical is seeking a Customer Success Nurse Consultant to drive post-implementation success for infusion technologies through clinical expertise and data-driven consulting. You will partner with healthcare organizations to optimize medication safety, drug library compliance, and infusion workflows.

In this remote role, you will analyze complex infusion data, develop actionable recommendations, and present insights to executive leaders.

Formación

Must have RN licensure and be at least 18 years old.
BSN or equivalent clinical degree required; healthcare informatics зн preferred.
Minimum 5 years of acute care clinical experience, infusion therapy preferred.
Experience in clinical consulting and interoperability is a plus.
Experience with data analytics and executive-level reporting is desirable.

Responsabilidades

Serve as the primary clinical resource for assigned accounts from implementation to ongoing support.
Analyze and interpret infusion pump data, smart pump metrics, alert logs, and drug library compliance.
Translate analytics into actionable clinical recommendations to improve medication safety and workflow.
Lead executive-level reporting and presentations for senior leadership.
