Job summary

ICU Medical, based in the United States, seeks a Clinical Nurse Consultant to provide training and consultation on clinical products, software, and services. The role supports cross-functional teams including Project Managers, Nurses and Pharmacists in a high-demand setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Nursing degree with an active US RN license and 7+ years of RN experience in critical care or similar areas, plus experience with infusion systems and EMR integration. Travel 20–50% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical nursing initiatives and collaborate with Pharmacy, Nursing, IT, Project Management and Materials Management.
• Assist in technology integration of infusion devices with EHR vendors for safe medication administration.
• Assess current workflow and advise on future-state processes.
• Plan, execute, and follow up on education for hospital clinicians on infusion devices.
• Escalate risks and provide go-live support for ICU Medical products and solutions.
• Present to diverse audiences in various settings.
• Serve as internal and external clinical subject matter expert.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
