Job summary

Moodys NWC seeks a Clinical Technology Product Owner to drive interoperability capabilities enabling bidirectional clinical data exchange between payers and providers. The role leverages FHIR standards and operates within the Interoperability program to translate strategy into executable delivery.

You will own the backlog, align with engineering, and deliver API-based and data platform features, including provider workflows and EHR integration patterns.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years as Product Owner/PM in agile environments.
• Experience delivering API-based, integration-driven, or data platform products.
• Strong ability to translate business and technical needs into structured, testable requirements.
• Experience working closely with engineering on end-to-end feature delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the team backlog, translate priorities into well-defined user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Align cross-team dependencies to ensure coordinated delivery and smooth releases.
• Track delivery, adoption, and metrics to refine priorities and improve quality.
• Serve as the liaison for delivery and integration to stakeholders.
• Promote agile practices, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Deliver core interoperability capabilities including APIs and FHIR-aligned data exchange models.
• Partner with engineering on design decisions and execution.
• Understand provider/EHR integration patterns and address gaps for adoption.
• Ensure backlog aligns to interoperability strategy and product OKRs.
