Job summary

Humana is seeking an Informatics Lead, Clinical Intelligence to analyze high-value AI opportunities across Home Health, Primary Care, and Pharmacy segments. You’ll size opportunities, shape an intelligence layer, and measure impact of AI-enabled solutions with product, clinical, data, and IT partners.

Remote role reporting to the Director, Informatics. Requires 7+ years data analytics or 4+ years with a Master’s, plus SQL/Python and strong communication skills to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of data analytics OR Master’s with 4+ years.
• 4+ years analyzing clinical intelligence solutions impacting patient care.
• 4+ years evaluating AI/ML outcomes, validation, and drift.
• Advanced SQL and Python to analyze complex datasets.
• Experience applying clinical/public health research methodologies.
• Strong data analytics, model evaluation, and driving business decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data discovery, feasibility analysis, and opportunity sizing.
• Design evaluation schemes for production Clinical Intelligence products.
• Serve as SME for population health benchmarks across partners.
• Establish success metrics and measure impact on care coordination and outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities for connected patient intelligence.
• Lead exploratory analyses to quantify business value and inform roadmaps.
• Create measurement plans and value hypotheses prior to development.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, AI/ML, compliance, and operations to translate opportunities into scalable solutions.
