Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Clinical and Health Informaticist to advance the science of informatics within a fully remote role. You will analyze workflows, design functional specifications for clinical apps, and contribute to HIT adoption and process improvement across Intermountain Health's systems.

Responsibilities include liaising with clinicians and IT teams, supporting project deliverables, and performing rounds to observe workflows and assist with implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience applying informatics fundamentals (People, Process, Technology) to impact quality and safety.
• Proven experience engaging providers, nurses, and other clinicians in learning through presentation and communication skills.
• Experience leading deliverables of Informatics projects.

Responsibilities

• Interact with business and clinical caregivers to build productive relationships.
• Work flexible hours to meet project requirements.
• Provide customer experience and service utilizing verbal and written communication skills.
• Prioritize and organize work with attention to detail and limited supervision.
• Use informatics fundamentals to positively impact people, process, and tools.
• Use basic project management skills to contribute to technology project deliverables.
• Round in facilities across the system to observe workflows and assist with implementations.
