Job summary

Intermountain Health seeks a Clinical and Health Informatacist to analyze workflows and design functional specifications for clinical software. You will liaison with clinicians and IT teams, participate in implementations, training, adoption, and process improvements to advance HIT across the organization.

The role requires strong informatics fundamentals, experience with Cerner/Epic or other EHR vendors, and the ability to work across facilities with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Proven experience engaging providers, nurses, and clinicians through presentation and communication.
• Experience applying informatics fundamentals (People, Process, Technology) to impact quality and safety.
• Experience leading Informatics project deliverables and collaborating with IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clinical caregivers to build productive relationships.
• Lead workflow and system analysis for clinical applications.
• Participate in implementation, training, adoption, and process improvement of HIT.
• Support and observe deployments across facilities and coordinate with stakeholders.
