Job summary

ScreenPoint Medical is seeking a Clinical Specialist to provide clinical support, enhance customer experience, and strengthen the ScreenPoint brand. This remote role covers the USA and Canada, with about 20% travel for training and customer engagement.

You will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Innovation, and Product Management while delivering clinical demonstrations and trainings for Transpara.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical or related field.
• Clinical and technical experience with medical imaging or AI software.
• Mammography technology and/or breast imaging AI experience.
• Strong presentation, communication (verbal and written), and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in training and education programs.
• Ability to travel approximately 20%.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams with clinical expertise, customer presentations, and Transpara demonstrations.
• Provide clinical and training support for USA and Canadian research initiatives (e.g. PRISM trial, evaluation, research projects).
• Drive clinical adoption and customer engagement.
• Manage and track the Net Promoter Score (NPS) program for the USA and Canada.
• Develop and deliver clinical training programs for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Lead Transpara onboarding and certification training programs for employees and partners.
• Curate and organize clinical cases and materials for training, marketing, and conferences.
• Coordinate Transpara workshops (live and online). Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to create webinars and educational content.
• Share customer insights with Engineering, Innovation, and Product Management teams.
• Address and support clinical customer feedback and complaints.
