Job summary

Boston Scientific seeks a Clinical Field Trainer to educate physicians and train field representatives on SpaceOAR Hydrogel and related procedures. This role acts as a clinical and procedural subject matter expert, delivering hands-on programs designed to build physician knowledge, confidence and proficiency.

You will collaborate with physician faculty and cross-functional teams to develop, deliver and continuously improve education programs, training resources and certification standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• Experience in clinical education and medical device training.
• Proven ability to deliver effective education and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead physician education and procedural training for SpaceOAR Hydrogel and related products.
• Partner with physician faculty and cross-functional teams to develop training resources.
• Lead field-based training and certification of sales reps and clinical specialists.
• Conduct field assessments to evaluate competency and certify readiness.
• Support the launch of new product lines with education and training initiatives.
