Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1 year minimum in clinical education or related field.
• Experience in medical device clinical training or physician education.
• Experience coaching and developing learners with feedback and certification.
• Proven ability to present technical training to varied audiences.
• Willingness to travel 50–75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead physician education and procedural training for SpaceOAR Hydrogel and related products.
• Collaborate with faculty and cross-functional teams to develop and improve education programs.
• Lead field training and certification of sales reps and clinical specialists; assess competency.
• Conduct field assessments to identify development needs and provide coaching.
• Support launches and onboarding of new product lines with training materials.
• Partner with Sales Training, Marketing and Clinical Education to align training with business priorities.
• Incorporate physician feedback to enhance education programs and certification standards.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Policy and patient safety commitments.
