Job summary

Boston Scientific is seeking a Clinical Field Trainer to deliver physician education and field representative training across the New England region. You will build procedural knowledge and proficiency while preparing field teams to independently support procedures, including SpaceOAR Hydrogel, with hands-on programs and cross-functional collaboration.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1+ year experience in clinical education or medical device training, plus travel up to 75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in clinical education, medical device training or related clinical environment.
• Experience coaching and developing learners through observation, feedback, certification and remediation.
• Experience facilitating clinical or technical training to varying experience levels.
• Ability to travel approximately 50–75%.

Responsibilities

• Lead physician education and procedural training for SpaceOAR Hydrogel and related products.
• Partner with physician faculty and cross-functional teams to develop and deliver education programs.
• Lead field-based training and certification of sales reps and clinical specialists.
• Conduct field assessments to evaluate competency and provide targeted coaching.
• Support launch and adoption of new product lines through education and training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions.
• Use feedback and outcomes to improve education programs and materials.
• Maintain compliance with Quality Policy and patient safety standards.
