Boston Scientific is seeking a Clinical Field Trainer to deliver physician education and field representative training for SpaceOAR Hydrogel and related products in the New England region. This remote role supports clinicians and sales teams, with travel required up to 75%.

You will develop and certify education programs, partner with cross-functional teams, and ensure training quality while maintaining compliance with quality policies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; clinical education or medical device training experience preferred.
• Experience coaching learners through observation, feedback, and certification.
• Experience presenting clinical or technical training to varied audiences.

Responsabilidades

• Lead physician education and procedural training for SpaceOAR Hydrogel and related products.
• Develop and deliver education programs, partnering with cross-functional teams.
• Lead field-based training and certification of sales representatives and clinical specialists.
• Assess field competency, provide coaching, and ensure readiness to support procedures.
• Support launch and adoption of new product lines with education and training resources.
• Collaborate with Sales Training, Marketing, Clinical Education and others to identify training needs.
• Continuously improve education programs and certification standards while maintaining quality compliance.
