Inizio Engage is partnering with a leading biotechnology company to provide compassionate, education-focused support to patients and caregivers navigating their diagnosis and treatment journey. This role involves virtual and telephonic interactions to improve understanding and adherence.

You will join the Patient Solutions team, perform outbound and inbound calls, collect basic demographic data, and follow approved materials.

Qualifications

• Current US healthcare professional license: RN.
• Associates/Bachelors/BSN in nursing or related field.
• Experience in neurology, sleep disorders preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide inbound or outbound non-promotional disease-state education and support to identified customers via telephonic or virtual means.
• Conduct outbound medication adherence support to patients and caregivers; schedule may include evenings/weekends.
• Collect demographic data and disposition for reimbursement services.
• Maintain quality customer service and use approved materials and call guides.
• Attend training and complete competency assessments; develop strong client relationships.
• Support cross-functional collaboration across healthcare sectors as requested.
