Qualifications

• Current US healthcare professional license: RN.
• Associates Degree/Bachelors/BSN.
• Demonstrate effective and professional communication.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with pleasant telephone manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound or outbound non-promotional disease-state educational support to identified customers as directed by the client company.
• Conduct outbound medication adherence support to patients/caregivers; hours may include evenings and weekends.
• Collect demographic data and disposition for reimbursement services and literature fulfillment.
• Maintain high quality and superior customer service while following program talking points and using video/web conferencing as applicable.
• Attend and complete all training courses and competency assessments required by Inizio.
