Job summary

ReWorks Solutions is seeking a Clinical Documentation & QA Specialist to review clinical documentation, identify errors or gaps, and ensure records meet quality and compliance standards. This hands-on QA role collaborates with RBTs, BCBAs and other providers to review notes, coordinate corrections and ensure timely resolution.

The ideal candidate is patient, thorough, comfortable with constructive feedback, and able to handle pushback professionally.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and thorough in reviewing clinical documentation.
• Strong written communication with providers.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with healthcare documentation systems is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CentralReach or similar systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up employee and provider profiles in company systems.
• Use AI tools to flag session notes failing funder expectations.
• Conduct documentation audits against standards and procedures.
• Review RBT and BCBA notes for missing goals or errors.
• Coordinate corrections with providers and track changes.
• Maintain an audit trail and Excel trackers.
• Review service code 97156 usage against payer expectations.
• Assist with profile, note and timesheet administration.
• Support CentralReach mobile workflow testing and report issues.
• Train new hires on proper documentation practices.
