Job summary

ReWorks Solutions seeks a detail-oriented Medical Scribe to support clinicians with real-time documentation and administrative tasks in a fully remote role. You will work with EHRs, maintain accurate medical records, and assist with chart preparation and orders.

The role requires excellent typing/listening skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and a commitment to patient confidentiality in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Qualifications

• Previous medical scribe or clinical documentation experience.
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
• Experience using EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, Allscripts).
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy, 60–80 wpm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in real time during consultations.
• Prepare and review pre-visit charts and patient records.
• Enter orders and referrals under physician instruction; ensure accuracy.
• Review notes and close charts, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
