Job summary

Direct Meds, LLC is seeking a Remote Clinical Care Support to join our Customer Service team in a full-time, fully remote role from the Salt Lake City area. You will assist patients with orders, answer billing questions, and help move care forward in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

This weekend team position requires availability for 7:00 AM–3:00 PM MST or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM MST, Thursday through Monday.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and accurate patient reporting.
• Able to multitask and manage multiple queues.
• Willingness to learn new programs, platforms, and processes.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to take ownership of assigned work.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to complete patient orders when additional information is needed.
• Assist with billing questions and userflow/process questions.
• Support nurses by handling call transfers and patient needs.
• Multitask across emails, tickets, and tasks while monitoring queues.
