Direct Meds in Salt Lake City, UT, is seeking aClinical Care Support for a fully remote, weekend team. The role focuses on operational support behind nursing staff, handling billing questions and order-related needs to move patient care forward.

The position requires availability for specific MST shifts on Thurs–Mon, with a strong emphasis on multitasking, organization, and proactive communication to ensure high-quality patient care from a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor multiple queues and emails, taking ownership of tasks.
• Learn and adapt to new programs, platforms, and processes.
