Responsibilities

• Perform analysis of workflow and assess system needs.
• Train end-users and document troubleshooting processes.
• Act as liaison to physicians and clinical users.

Skills

Experience supporting Epic and/or other healthcare information systems

PC-based computer skills, spreadsheet and word processing proficiency

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or ancillary clinical discipline

Five (5) years MIS and/or clinical experience

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or equivalent
