Zusammenfassung

GovCIO is seeking a Sr. Clinical AI Integration Specialist to support the VA Ambient Scribe rollout. This remote role collaborates with VISNs, medical centers, and vendors to ensure solutions fit clinical workflows and are successfully adopted.

You will serve as the hands-on connector between vendors and sites, coordinating setup, testing, readiness, and go-live activities, while documenting issues and sharing lessons learned across sites.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's with 12+ years (or commensurate experience).
• Experience in healthcare technology, implementation, application support or similar work.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and multiple stakeholder groups to deliver a unified solution.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tell whether an issue is a product problem workflow problem or a site readiness gap.

Aufgaben

• Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned VISNs and sites during onboarding, pilots, and go-live.
• Work with vendors to coordinate setup, configuration, and rollout activities at each site.
• Help sites prepare for go-live by walking through readiness steps and confirming workflows, equipment, and access are in place.
• Support testing at sites and report results back to the Lead using the team's standard approach.
• Troubleshoot issues during training, office hours, and live support, and route anything unresolved to the right vendor or VA team.
• Document issues clearly and track them through to resolution.
• Share patterns across sites and vendors so lessons learned at one site help the next.
• Support equipment setup and testing, such as microphones, at the site level.
• Build strong working relationships with VISN leads, site champions, clinicians, and vendor teams.
• Contribute to job aids, checklists, and best practices that make rollouts more repeatable.
