Qualifications

• Must hold an active or recent clinical-review license or board certification.
• Hands-on experience reading patient cases and writing structured assessments.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently across large batches.
• Clear, evidence-cited reasoning aligned with guidelines or standard of care.
• Reliable asynchronous availability for at least 10 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Review AI outputs against current clinical guidelines and standard of care.
• Grade differential reasoning, dosing, and red-flag handling using a structured rubric.
• Flag patient-safety issues with severity tags aligned to incident taxonomies.
• Capture corrected clinical reasoning for model training.
• Adjudicate disputed cases using published evidence or guidelines.
• Maintain reviewer quality scores in weekly calibration cycles.
