Job summary

OpenTrain AI is seeking a Nurse Practitioner Clinical AI Reviewer to evaluate AI-generated clinical responses and provide expert feedback on accuracy, safety, and clarity.

You will assess differential diagnoses, management plans, and escalation decisions, creating prompts and gold-standard answers to guide AI performance. This remote contractor role requires 20+ hours per week and supports country-specific hiring availability.

Qualifications

• NP, APRN, or equivalent advanced practice nursing qualification.
• Active licensure or registration, or eligibility, in at least one jurisdiction.
• Minimum C1 English proficiency and exceptional attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated clinical answers for accuracy, safety, clarity, and adherence to the prompt.
• Identify problems in advanced assessment, diagnosis, differential thinking, test interpretation, and escalation decisions.
• Create detailed prompts and gold-standard answers for assessment, diagnosis, management, patient education, and documentation.
• Evaluate outputs for unsafe assumptions, missing contraindications, inappropriate tests or therapies, and bias.
• Write high-quality explanations and model solutions that demonstrate correct clinical reasoning.
• Compare multiple responses and rank the safer, more correct answer.
