Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in health insurance or medical billing.
• Experience with metrics (AHT, contacts per hour, quality).
• 1+ year in a high-volume call center taking 40+ calls.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00am–7:00pm CST, with possible overtime.
• HS diploma or GED required, 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Initiates prior authorizations for outpatient medication injectables to ensure timely access.
• Handles calls from providers regarding chemotherapy and specialty injections and HIPAA verifications.
• Enters requested services into the system and maintains accurate documentation.
• Meets weekly performance metrics and quality targets.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
