Job summary

My Access Medical Clinic is seeking a Clinic Integration Specialist to lead the successful integration of newly acquired or developed clinics. You will serve as the primary project manager, coordinating operations, regulatory compliance, and patient care during transitions.

Working with executives and cross-functional teams, you will standardize clinical and business processes, manage timelines, and drive growth while traveling up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in progressive healthcare operations.
• 3+ years in project management or operational leadership.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and change initiatives.
• Knowledge of ambulatory operations and reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational integration of newly acquired or affiliated clinics.
• Develop integration plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate activities across departments to ensure timely execution.
• Monitor progress and resolve barriers to successful integration.
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership.
• Partner with HR, IT, Finance to coordinate onboarding and systems implementation.
