Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a Clinic Intake Manager to oversee staffing, training and staff performance across multiple clinics. You will lead weekly schedules, mentor Clinic Intake Specialists, onboard new staff and coordinate with HR to resolve issues.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of related experience, strong HIPAA knowledge, and travel to clinics across several states. Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3+ years of professional experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and basic Excel/PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask, delegate and guide staff effectively.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and security requirements and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Oversee weekly and daily clinic intake schedules to ensure staffing.
• Support and train Clinic Intake Specialists and Senior Specialists.
• Address staff issues and coordinate follow-up with HR/RCM.
• Onboard and train new Clinic Intake staff and identify development opportunities.
• Develop schedules, assign duties and improve operational efficiency.
• Evaluate performance and recommend personnel actions as needed.
• Ensure Wage & Hour policy compliance including breaks for non-exempt staff.
• Travel frequently to clinics in IN, IL, MI, MO, OH, PA.
