Job summary

HGS is hiring a Customer Support Specialist to support Bayer Crop Science’s Climate FieldView platform and its North American customers. The role is primarily remote with preference for candidates in the St.

Louis, MO area who can attend occasional client meetings. You’ll help farmers, Climate dealers, and field sales teams by providing product support via phone, email, and live chat, guiding setup, installation, troubleshooting, and documenting resolutions in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business, or related field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Positive, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide product support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist with FieldView setup, installation, in-field operation, and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose technical issues, identify root causes, and escalation when needed.
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in Salesforce.
• Develop strong working knowledge of Climate FieldView products and technology.
• Respond to customer inquiries and callback requests in a timely manner.
• Provide some evening and weekend support during peak planting and harvest seasons.
