Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide client status on foreclosure milestones in client systems in a timely manner.
• Update and complete sub-processes launched in the client system to address contested issues or inform the firm of status changes.
• Facilitate and escalate any issues on the file with the appropriate department / client contact.
