Job summary

Kaizen Advance is seeking a Client Support Agent to work from home as the primary liaison between clients and our customers. This independent contractor role involves delivering excellent customer service and using product knowledge to assist fortune 500 clients.

Responsibilities include handling orders, changes, and returns, providing feedback on issues, and coordinating with sales to meet service expectations. Strong communication and problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a legal US resident and citizen.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must pass a 7-year criminal background check.
• Must be able to work at least 15 hours per week (30 intervals).
• No degree required – work-from-home opportunity.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate information on order status and product knowledge.
• Process customer orders/changes/returns per policies.
• Provide timely feedback on service failures or customer concerns.
• Partner with the sales team to meet and exceed expectations.
