You will handle support tickets, troubleshoot client concerns, offer solutions, and maintain professional communication with clients across various channels, contributing to a seamless travel journey.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients
• Experience in Troubleshooting and resolving client issues in a timely manner
• Ability to provide friendly customer support and solutions-driven service
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks
• Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and use customer support tools and platforms
• Prior experience in the travel industry or related roles is an advantage but not required.
