Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coach the Client Support team to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Partner with senior managers on hiring, onboarding, and staffing.
• Own day-to-day team operations: case queues, scheduling, and CRM data accuracy.
• Represent the team in stakeholder meetings and cross-functional projects.
• Drive improvements to department procedures with senior leadership.
