Job summary

WCG seeks a Client Support Analyst IRB/IBC to manage inbound lead triage, small-study servicing, and post-sale account support within the Sales and Business Development division. The role serves as the primary commercial contact for proposals, SOWs, budgets and change orders, with focus on timely, accurate processing.

Reporting to the Director of Account Management IRB & IBC, you will own Salesforce lead triage, budget reconciliation, CO/PO processes, and collaboration with BD and Finance on

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in account management or BD support within pharma/biotech/CRO
• Experience with proposal generation, SOW drafting, budget preparation and reconciliation
• Ability to triage and qualify high volumes of inbound leads
• Working knowledge of IRB/IBC review processes preferred
• Strong organizational and cross-functional collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Own inbound IRB/IBC lead triage and routing in Salesforce
• Deliver full-cycle servicing of small-studies including SOW generation and budgets
• Prepare template proposals and draft budgets aligned to pricing standards
• Own CO/PO management and budget reconciliation across accounts
• Support invoicing, billing, and annual fee management with BD and Finance
• Manage contract renewals, change orders, and pricing discussions with Legal/Finance
• Provide SME guidance on IRB/IBC commercial operations
• Analyze trends and propose process improvements
• Report performance and adherence to best practices to leadership
