• Connect with individuals and families who requested information about available benefit programs
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom
• Walk clients through available coverage and supplemental benefit options
• Answer questions and guide enrollment and onboarding steps
• Maintain organized digital records and follow-up communication
• Provide professional, client-focused support throughout the process
• Participate in leadership development, mentorship, and ongoing training sessions
• Build long-term relationships centered on trust, consistency, and service
