Job summary

Entrepreneur Cooperative is seeking a Client Success & Campaign Manager to lead influencer marketing campaigns for global brand partners. This fully remote role oversees post-sale campaign execution, planning, reporting, and ROI optimization.

You will manage a high-volume portfolio in a fast-paced environment, coordinating creators and cross-functional teams across time zones while delivering outstanding client experiences. Excellent English communication is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Project Management, Client Success, Campaign Management, Account Management, or a related client-facing role.
• Proven hands-on experience managing marketing campaigns from planning through execution and reporting.
• Strong Project Management skills with experience managing multiple concurrent projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume campaign portfolios.
• Excellent client-facing communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders across different departments.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (C1/C2).
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfortable coordinating projects across multiple international time zones.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of client relationships immediately after new campaigns are closed by the Sales team.
• Serve as the primary post-sale contact throughout the entire campaign lifecycle.
• Build trusted relationships through proactive communication, strategic guidance, and exceptional service.
• Present campaign timelines, progress updates, and performance results professionally and confidently.
• Manage client expectations while ensuring a consistently positive experience.
• Address client questions, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Develop campaign plans aligned with client objectives and marketing goals.
• Define deliverables, creator requirements, timelines, KPIs, and execution strategies.
• Translate client expectations into actionable campaign plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and maximize ROI.
• Own the end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns from post-sale kickoff through final reporting.
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 25–45 concurrent campaigns while coordinating multiple creators and campaign activations.
• Coordinate campaign execution across multiple international time zones.
• Ensure campaign deliverables are completed accurately, on time, and within budget.
• Maintain consistent communication across clients, creators, sales, talent managers, and internal teams throughout the campaign lifecycle.
