Qualifications

• Reliable internet with Windows laptop and webcam.
• Clear and effective communication abilities.
• Interpersonal skills for client interactions.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfort with virtual meetings and standard digital tools.
• Customer service or consultative experience preferred.
• Willingness to obtain state licensing if required.

Responsibilities

• Support clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism.
• Partake in mentorship and team development.
• Help clients explore tailored supplemental benefit options.
• Maintain high-quality client-focused interactions.
• Keep accurate digital documentation and follow up.
• Conduct client consultations virtually via Zoom.
• Foster long-term client relationships.
