You will collaborate with management, sales, and implementation teams to ensure enrollment and billing processes run smoothly, while maintaining strict HIPAA and corporate policy compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant work experience in client-facing or service roles.
• Experience with Microsoft Visio, Project and Excel.
• BA or BS degree desirable.
• Background in insurance industry or account service management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for designated accounts and ensure excellent client experiences.
• Coordinate onboarding and implementation processes and maintain documentation.
• Support enrollment and waiver processes and address escalations quickly and professionally.
• Analyze processes for continuous improvement and coordinate cross-functional communication.
