Brown & Brown in Grapevine, Texas, seeks an Account Service Manager to be the primary client contact for assigned accounts, delivering subject matter expertise and an outstanding client experience. The role offers a hybrid schedule with our Grapevine office.

You will collaborate with management, onboarding and internal teams to ensure accurate requirements, smooth enrollments, and strict adherence to HIPAA and corporate policies while pursuing continuous service improvements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a client facing or service oriented role.
• Experience with Microsoft Visio, Project and Excel.
• BA or BS Degree is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary client contact for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with management and onboarding teams to ensure service procedures are in place.
• Analyze requirements for completeness and feasibility; drive process improvements.
• Coordinate client orientations and resolve escalations.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable policies.
