Job summary

StarRez is the global leader in student housing software, seeking a Client Success Manager to onboard university and property management partners and ensure they realize the platform’s value. You will drive renewals and collaborate with sales and operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll own onboarding and implementation, conduct 30/60/90-day check-ins, maintain CRM records, and support renewals while working remotely in the US; travel around 5% may be required and

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.
• Detail-oriented with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot).

Responsibilities

• Identifying key stakeholders and decision-makers at prospective institutions and property groups.
• Leading onboarding and implementation support for new clients.
• Conducting regular 30, 60, and 90-day check-ins with new clients to ensure smooth adoption.
• Engaging existing clients to support renewals and drive long-term partnerships.
• Maintaining detailed and up-to-date records of all activities in our CRM system.
• Participating in regular internal meetings, including team updates and 1:1 check-ins.
