Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions Inc. (CCC) is seeking a Client Success Manager focused on First Party Casualty solutions. You will drive adoption, ensure value realization, and align CCC capabilities with customer goals across a carrier base.

The role offers a salary range of $78,556 to $120,000 with bonus eligibility, and opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, and Operations to improve claims processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Property & Casualty Insurance, First Party Casualty Claims, Client Success, Account Management, Consulting, Operations, or related roles.
• Deep understanding of first party casualty claims processes, workflows, claim handling practices, and carrier operations.
• Experience directly with insurance carriers, claims organizations, or insurance technology solutions.
• Ability to quickly develop expertise in complex technology solutions and connect them to customer outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and drive action.

Responsibilities

• Build deep expertise in First Party Casualty claims workflows and CCC solutions for carriers.
• Drive adoption, utilization, and business value realization across assigned solutions.
• Identify operational challenges and improvement opportunities addressable by CCC technology.
• Demonstrate measurable value and ROI by aligning capabilities to customer objectives and metrics.
• Support customers with workflow optimization and best practice recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and cross-functional teams to execute account strategies.
• Share industry insights and trends to maximize CCC investment value.
